Q. What kind of work experience do I need?
A. In general, you must have 6 months of current work experience for temporary placement. For permanent (direct-hire) placement, you must have at least 2 years of stability in a position and must have worked within the past year.
Each position is unique and depends on your experience and qualifications.
Q. Does PPL offer benefits or training?
A. We offer employer-paid health insurance, 40-hour paid vacation, paid holidays, and bonus and referral programs to all qualified employees. PPL also has clerical in-house training for all candidates.
Q. If I work temporary assignments, how much and when will I get paid?
A. PPL offers competitive pay rates to all our employees. PPL does not deduct any money from your pay. Pay rates are determined by your experience and skill level, as well as the specific job duties.
We pay you every Friday, the following week that you start working.
Q. Is there any cost to apply?
A. No! There is never a cost to apply with us, even when PPL places you on a job. All services are paid for by our clients.
