Personnel Placements, LLC (PPL) is a workforce development company providing meaningful employment to our associates. We are the gateway to many of the best companies in West Tennessee. We can help you develop your skills to find better wages, benefits, and working conditions. We have partnered with Tennessee Technology Centers to allow motivated individuals the ability to acquire the skills and training necessary to gain employment with West Tennessee's best companies.

Tennessee Technology will provide you hands on training specifically designed around local companies. PPL will help you find employment before, during, and after your training. Classes are designed around working individuals allowing you to earn income while attending classes. Individuals may qualify for grants to pay for classes. We will work with you to see if you qualify.

What does it cost you to use our services. NOTHING. PPL will assist you in finding employment throughout the process. We specialize in placing motivated people like you with our customers. No more searching the newspapers, worrying about cut backs, or working low wage jobs. We are your own personal agent trying to find you the right job right now.

TRAINING
PPL offers comprehensive industrial and administrative, legal, and medical testing and can also customize testing to clients' individual needs.

We test and train for:

Computer Tests
- Windows operating systems (95/98/NT/2000/Me), word processing applications, spreadsheets applications, and database applications;

Keyboarding Tests
- typing speed and accuracy, entry of alpha/numeric data, keypad and keyboard skills, data entry;

Clerical Tests
- word processing skills, alphabetic and numeric filing, and proofreading;

Financial Tests
- several common business financial tasks, plus basic math;

Professional Tests
- legal and medical keyboarding, proofreading, terminology, and transcription tests;

Other Tests
- The Hogan Personality Inventory, MOUS pre-assessment tests, and custom tests developed in OPAC's unique Test Writer program.

Forklift Certification
- we can provide OSHA compliant Forklift General Training Certificates
