Project Challenge: {analysis}
LoopDeLou had established themselves as a sucessful home-party based company by allowing their customers to choose from thousands of custom illustrations in designing their own stationery. The "Loop De Lou Girls" wanted to create that same experience online.
They came to Sodium Halogen with a challenge of creating an online store that allowed the visitor to "design her own stationery." The site needed to help expand their customer base - while providing a selling tool for their existing 26 sales reps & 12 stores.
Project Solution: {hypothesis}
Loop De Lou had over 5,000 images, a dozen fonts and colors that the visitor could choose from in designing. Sodium Halogen built a custom shopping cart and backend system to allow the company to maintain & build their growing catalog of products and designs.
Sodium Halogen also had "the customizer" flash application built that allows the visitor to choose their own font, color and even placement of their own custom text on the products.

"Giving customers the ability to design & buy their own stationery online has led to increased sales that paid for the cost of the site in 6 months time." says co-owner Allie Smith.
The new site has also been a major selling point in adding new stores and new sales reps. Stores and reps receive commision when one of their customers shops at LoopDeLou.com
